BVU Equalities

The British Veterinary Union in Unite (BVU) has an Equalities Officer, as do all branches within Unite the Union. In 2023, we decided to expand this role, by creating an Equalities team. Our Equalities team, and many others on our committee, have undertaken dedicated Unite training on Equalities in the workplace.
The Equalities team will help support you as a member with Equalities-related workplace issues, and with running wider campaigns to improve the sector for everybody.
