Get Support

Are you a member having issues in the workplace, or have a concern about the wider profession you’d like support with?

We are here to help. Everything you discuss with the BVU/Unite is completely confidential, and we will do everything we can to help and support you in your time of need. We have changed our procedure for assisting members to enable quicker and more direct support.

For workplace issues please contact your regional Unite office by telephone or email. Unite’s Regional Officers will always offer advice where possible, but please be advised that Unite is unable to offer legal representation for any members in the first month of joining or regarding pre-existing workplace issues.

Contact Unite Online

You can contact your regional Unite office online here  https://www.unitetheunion.org/contact-us/

For membership or contract queries you can email the BVU at  including your Unite membership number. Contract or membership queries will be responded to within 5 working days. Please be advised that all BVU Reps and Committee members volunteer their time alongside full-time work or study commitments.

Once you have received assistance from the BVU in Unite, we would be grateful if you would fill out a feedback form: https://forms.gle/2y6pBrRhX2eJvB156 . Feedback helps the BVU to continue supporting members, and shows areas where we can make the process of seeking workplace advice more efficient & effective.
