Get Support

Are you a member having issues in the workplace, or have a concern about the wider profession you’d like support with?

We are here to help. Everything you discuss with the BVU is completely confidential, and we will do everything we can to help and support you in your time of need.

As a primary method of contact, you should email including your Unite membership number, name and best telephone contact number, and some details about your workplace issue.

We endeavour to reply to all emails within a maximum of 48 hours, though this may be longer over weekends or public holidays.

Contact Unite Online

If your issue is urgent, you can contact your regional Unite office online here

Contact Unite by Telephone

If your issue is urgent, you can contact your local Unite regional office by telephone. Using the link below, select your region to find the contact details of your nearest office.

If you know which branch officer or representative you need to contact, you can contact them directly via their unite email addresses listed on the Who We Are   page but please be advised all our representatives and branch officers are volunteers who also work full time in clinical practice, and may take a little longer to reply than enquires through our main email address, or Unite’s centralised contact system.

Once you have received assistance from the BVU in Unite, we would be grateful if you would fill out a feedback form: . Feedback helps the BVU to continue supporting members, and shows areas where we can make the process of seeking workplace advice more efficient & effective.
