Valley Vets Update

In May 2023, BVU members at Valley Vets (VetPartners) in South Wales achieved a historic recognition agreement with their employer.

This year they have entered into the first collective pay negotiations that the veterinary industry has seen. After several weeks of talks, members at Valley Vets have universally rejected a derisory pay offer from VetPartners.

They have committed to continuing the pay talks as per their recognition agreement. Should this become unproductive they will consider next steps with their large and growing  membership.
